Hello, we are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work 16 to 24 hours a week with the ability to create a schedule that meets your needs. We are a professional services firm located in Monroeville.
Responsibilities:
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
Handling office tasks such as e-filing, data entry, setting up for meetings, etc
Greet and assist visitors
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Making travel arrangements for employees (flights, cars, hotel and restaurant reservations, etc)
Leading, planning, and coordination of office events and activities
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Keep inventory stocked, order and pick up new supplies as needed
Embrace and maintain the office as if it were your own space (light cleaning, upkeep, décor, etc.)
Provide basic bookkeeping assistance to the Finance Manager as needed
Assisting with projects as needed
Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency
Other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a swift-moving office environment
Genuine desire to meet the needs of others with a positive attitude
Prior administrative experience
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Familiarity with office technology including Microsoft Office applications, printers, and phone systems
Degree in business administration or relevant field preferred (but not required)
At least 1 year of experience in admin services or related fields (if not degreed)
