- Attention to detail is a must with problem solving and ability to take initiative
- Handles all incoming calls, ability to screen calls for spam
- Able to maintain calm professional phone manner and in person for diverse range of customer and tenants throughout the companies
- Taking and logging work orders./service requests in a detailed manner and getting them to the correct site managers/vendors with decision making on status i.e. urgent, normal etc. and related follow-up and tracking.
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining various filing systems
- Ability to make various kinds of appointments working with other personnel to schedule showing some flexibility and understanding while attempting to provide the best possible outcome for showings for prospective tenants
- Ability to communicate well with prospective tenants providing personalized communication with full details to lessen call backs/emails
- Track and update system guest cards and calendar showings with detailed notations on status
- Collection and follow-up with past due tenants
- Ability to reconcile and check all data entry including lease generation/renewals for accuracy
- Must be dependable with strong in person and phone/email skills with customers
