Part-Time/Full Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant (Real Estate)
Requirements/Duties:
-Knowledge of business platforms with all social media products
-Find local advertising opportunities/events to maximize exposure
-Attend local events with me for networking purposes
-Come up with new ideas to keep the current brand fresh
-Create print marketing materials such as flyers, mailers, etc
-Party/event planning for past/present/future clients
-Must be self-motivated, outgoing, professional, open minded, have open availability (times will vary depending on events, but you will always have notice), and most importantly, always on time.
This position will start out part-time and has the potential to become a full-time position very quickly depending on the value you bring. Most work can be done from your own home/location but office space is also available. You do not need a Real Estate License, but should be open to the possibility of getting one at some point.
