About the Role
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable team member to assist us in providing exceptional care to our clients and ensuring cases run smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for people reaching out to our office, and you’ll play an important role in guiding new clients through the intake process. Once a client is on board, you’ll continue to support them and work with our attorneys and staff to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
Answer phone calls and talk with potential clients, helping them feel welcome and heard.
Set up the intake process for new clients and enter their information into MyCase, our case management system.
Stay on top of case progress with the office administrator and make sure all deadlines are met.
Lead our weekly staff meeting updates so the team knows where every case stands.
Be a go-to support person for clients and staff, helping keep communication clear and tasks organized.
What We’re Looking For
Someone warm and approachable who enjoys working with people.
Great communicator with good listening skills.
Strong organizational skills — you like to keep things on track and pay attention to details.
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new software (experience with MyCase or similar tools is a plus, but not required).
A background in customer service, office administration, or a similar role is helpful, but we’re open to training the right person.
