Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of our deli department, ensuring top-notch quality and freshness of all products.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of deli staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and product rotation to meet customer demands and minimize waste.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized deli area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in deli or food service management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
