Driftwood Oven has a production and wholesale facility located in North Point Breeze. Our goods are made from scratch everyday and all of our leavened breads are made with a sourdough culture. We use organic flour, locally sourced produce, cheese, and meat, and pride ourselves on the quality of the food we produce. Driftwood Oven is locally owned and operated by a member of our Pittsburgh community.
Our bakery team is in need of another delivery driver! This isn't for pizza - it's for our wholesale production space in North Point Breeze. We deliver to our wholesale clients three days a week as well as make dough deliveries to our shop in Lawrenceville. We will be expanding our hours at the shop soon and will need DAILY deliveries to the shop as well.
Job Duties include:
Packing and expediting wholesale production items - light prep work and cleaning. This job is not just exclusively driving as we have a small team and many folks do many different things.
Must accurately pack and load our wholesale goods into our van.
Must be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude - road rage is grounds for immediate termination.
Having a growth mindset, open to learning and constructive criticism
Must be able to lift 50#, work on their feet all day, have reliable transportation
Ideal candidates have experience with the tasks listed above and want to work in a busy space with a variety of great people!
Pay starts at $21.50 / hour and goes up based on experience.
