Drum Factory Direct is a small, family-owned company based in a repurposed church in the Greenfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Our mission is to provide drummers with a broad range of high-quality products at competitive prices. We stock replacement parts and accessories from a wide range of brands, along with our own line of DFD drum parts and accessories custom-made at our factory in Taiwan.
We are currently seeking a full-time employee to assist us in the warehouse. The hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Duties include packing orders for shipping, receiving products, general upkeep of the warehouse, and restocking products. The position will grow to include customer service responsibilities over time.
The pay starts at $16 per hour with frequent reviews and opportunities for raises.
Requirements include being able to stand for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to lift 50-pound boxes. It would also be helpful to have a general knowledge of drums and their parts, and prior warehouse and shipping experience is highly recommended.
