Primary Responsibilities:
Speak with customers one-on-one, in a friendly manner
Attend department meetings
Communicate company products and services to clientele
Participate in product training programs and interact with team members
Assist existing and new customers in understanding billing and required paperwork for services
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications:
