Job Title: Field Agent ACP/ Lifeline Program
Pillow Enterprises, one of the most proven Master Agents in the Lifeline / ACP industry has established partnerships with leading ETCs to provide FREE tablets, cell phones, and home internet, to eligible individuals.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Agent, your role is to bridge the digital divide by identifying, qualifying and enrolling customers in the FREE federally funded ACP/Lifeline programs.
Duties include:
Identifying and educating potential customers on the benefits of the FREE ACP/Lifeline program
Enrolling eligible customers into the Lifeline/ACP program, which is usually an 8 to 12-minute process from start to finish
Give away FREE tablets, and cell phones to eligible customers
Developing and maintaining positive relationships within the community
Report on-ground activities, challenges, and feedback to the team
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Effective interpersonal / communication skills.
No prior experience is required, but the candidate must be a fast learner
Self-motivated and driven attitude to achieve enrollment goals.
Requirements
Must be able to pass a soft background check
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must have a newer smartphone and/ or tablet
