Currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual for an Inside Sales Associate position located in Downtown Pittsburgh. Ideal candidates would have previous sales and call center experience.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Associate:
Responsible for making outbound business to business calls for independent producers in the financial industry.
Cold call businesses from a database with the goal of scheduling an introductory appointment.
Compensation for the Inside Sales Associate:
The starting salary for this position is $11.00 hourly plus commission
Paid training: 1 week classroom and 4 weeks on the production floor

Requirements of the Inside Sales Associate:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience preferred
Previous call center experience a plus
Steady work history a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and disciplined (top performers are making approximately 200 dials a day)
