The markets that we will focus on will be Term Life Insurance, Final Expense Whole Life, Index Universal Life, and Fixed Indexed Annuities. Consultative approach. No pressures sales required.
We train agents on both tele sales and virtual presentations using Zoom
Working in the middle class and senior markets where families are UNDER insured.
Lead generation is provided with a myriad of lead systems! NO cold calling!
Responsibilities:
Must be willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week (We are only looking work with individuals who want to earn commissions EVERY WEEK but how much you earn is up to YOU!)
Be willing to learn our selling system including phone script, “in home” virtual presentation, product placement etc
Team supported environment, communication and engagement is required with LMS (Learning Management System)
Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on clients age, health, and desired insurance coverage.
Qualifications:
Licensed Insurance Agents or TOP sales rep (will train)
Familiarity with the lead-based system is a plus.
Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!
Must have basic computer skills.
Must have a smart phone and a laptop.
