Territory – Western PA, Eastern OH, WV Panhandle
What: We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This field-based role is focused on serving clients across Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and the West Virginia panhandle.

What You’ll Do:
Sales & Territory Development
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your territory.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Solution-Oriented Selling
Leverage deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and improve operational efficiency.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to guide customers in product selection and application.
Customer Engagement & Support
Provide exceptional service through prompt communication, issue resolution, and follow-through.
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and seamless service delivery.
Stay attuned to market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
3+ years of successful outside sales experience.
Familiarity with industrial products and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements is preferred but not required.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently within the region (approx. 50%). Most travel is local, with minimal overnight stays.
