Pro Bike + Run is currently accepting applications at all locations: Robinson, South Hills, North Park, Monroeville and Strip District.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers upon arrival into store
Presenting and discussing bicycle and accessory options in order to best meet customer’s needs
Fostering long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service
Increasing personal knowledge on bicycles and accessories in order to best serve customer base
Willingness to acquire knowledge on basic bike fit and safety
Adhere to all Pro Bike + Run policies
The ideal candidate:
Six to twelve months related retail experience and/or training in sales
Highly driven individual with excellent customer service and attention to detail
Works well in a team environment
Strong listening skills
