A leading EDM machine manufacturer is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is a home office-based role, with a territory west of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
Install, service, and provide basic training on our machinery.
Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues on-site using standard testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
Travel by car or airplane to customer and dealer facilities.
Document all work performed clearly and professionally.
Manage on-site customer complaints regarding equipment malfunctions and service issues, communicating technical analyses and resolutions to both customers and internal management.
Submit service and expense reports for reimbursement.
Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering or equivalent industrial electronic repair experience.

Experience repairing Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) is a plus.
