We are currently looking for the best of the best to join our team here at Tru Computers. We have a Full Time position available for computer repair/customer service personal.
Requirements: Please read carefully as if you do not meet all of these requirements you will not be considered.
1. Retail Sales experience in any technical field. Examples would be cellular phone sales, electronics sales, computer sales.
2. An extensive computer background of more than 5 years experience. We are looking for more experience than just building 2 or 3 computers in your spare time.
3. We will typically NOT consider candidates with IT related computer degrees. That field of knowledge does not apply to what we do on a daily basis in our stores.
4. You do NOT need a computer degree to apply. We typically hire candidates with unrelated fields of study but with ample hands on computer experience.
5. You MUST be able to give 110% to customer service and making people happy. Our reviews show how much weight we put on customer service. The number one goal in this store is to treat people exceptionally well and cater to their every need.
Job Description:
Day to day operations include:
1. Answering phone calls from new customers and existing customers with issues or questions.
2. Performing remote desktop support for our customers with problems
3. Upselling service and our brand of computers to potential customers.
4. Managing workflow and delivering our service within our guaranteed turn around time of 3 - 5 business days.
Our full time employees typically make between $15 - 18 per hour after initial training and also depends on previous experience and what the candidate has to offer to the company.
