Clark Renovations Incorporated seeks to add an apprentice craftsman / carpenter to our team.
We are looking for highly motivated employees with great people skills who are willing and able to learn the carpentry trade. We prefer to train our own employees and allow them to develop their skills under the guidance of our expert craftsmen.
Necessary Skills:
Must have an affinity for carpentry and enjoy creating with your hands.
Must be proficient at reading and writing.
Must be willing to learn new skills and take direction.
Needs to be a team player and able to work with others.
Familiarity with power tools and safety precautions is preferred.
Previous job experience or training in the carpentry field is a plus.
Necessary attributes:
Cooperative attitude
Self starter
Neat and highly organized
Detail oriented
PUNCTUAL (If you cannot arrive on time every day, you need not apply.)
Hands on mentality
Clean cut with good personal hygiene
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicles.
No suspended driver’s license in the past 3 years.
Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background checks.
Must provide your own hand tools.
