Requirements:
- Personal vehicle for transportation
- Hand tools and equipment
- Minimum of 1 years of painting experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions from a crew leader
Responsibilities:
- Precise cutting in on ceilings, trim, door frames, and baseboards without relying on tape
- Willingness to perform prep work, including caulking and minor drywall repairs such as patching nail / small holes
- Efficiently work within a team to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in painting, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
