Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Facility Maintenance Painter to join our team. As an Industrial/Facility Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces in an industrial setting. Your attention to detail and knowledge will be essential in ensuring a high-quality finish. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Ensure a clean and organized work area
Skills:
-Safey trainings and certifications a plus
-Experience in industrial or commercial facilities a plus
-Ability to pass a drug test at all times
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Experience in remodeling, drywall repair, carpentry, welding, or similar trades is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with caulking, stucco, and other surface preparation techniques
