Job Description
We are general contractor that does exterior and interior projects. Most of the work is roofing,window,bathrooms and kitchens. We also do lead abatement projects. Most of the duties in lead abatement will be your basic painting and carpenter skills. Must have valid driver's license.
Pay is base on experience with vacation time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report for work at shop or job site.
-Take classes to become a certified lead abatement worker (company will provide training and cost to become certified)
-Be able to keep a clean job site and willing to do final clean up.
Position Requirements:
-Have good communication skills
-Clean criminal history and driving record
-Positive attitude
-Work with Personal Protective Equipment including respirators
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs

-Is detail oriented, and able to communicate well with customers and management.
-Has experience in Drywall ,painting,roofing,windows,doors,siding,flooring,bathroom and kitchen work,plumbing,electric,abatement work.
-Has an eye for cleanliness
