Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Foreman to lead our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and delivering high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations.
Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations and project implementation.
Coordinate and manage daily tasks for crew members to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Assist in the planning and execution of landscape projects, including planting, hardscaping, and maintenance, along with knowledge of operating landscape equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all crew members.
Train and mentor crew members in best practices and techniques for landscape installation and maintenance.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping, including hardscaping and softscaping.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of landscape design, horticulture, and maintenance practices.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
