We are seeking skilled Lead Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and possess strong leadership qualities to oversee and coordinate construction projects. Masonry and concrete experience is a plus.
We specialize in structural repairs, shoring, forming, underpinning, sill plate repair, rim joists, termite damage, wall openings, sistering, beam and header replacement (LVL and steel), and foundation work. Our employees have a wide range of skills.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in carpentry techniques such as framing, installation, and restoration
- Strong knowledge of the restoration industry
- Leadership and communication skills
- Adaptable and detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
We are not your typical "Basement Waterproofing Company" as we perform more specific repairs involving carpentry, masonry, and steel.
Pay scale is negotiated at interview depending on experience. Full time work on the books.
