Role
- Electrician for a property management company with properties up to 50 minutes from Pittsburgh
- As needed position based on work orders and emergency calls. May vary from 0 hours per week to 10 hours depending on company needs.
- Must be able to drive to multiple properties
- Must be available to respond on site within 24 hours
- Two hour minimum per call
- Emergency services (nights/weekends) if needed
Requirements
- Active Electrical Trade License/current electrician certification or local licensing as required for electrical work in Allegheny County and surrounding municipalities
- Formal electrician training
- 10 more years of experience as an electrician
- Clear background check
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
- 1099 position
- $74 per hour
