Responsibilities
Assist in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment.
Utilize tools and equipment, including an ohmmeter, to conduct tests and measurements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Help maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with senior mechanics to learn best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Document repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles or equipment accurately.
Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with using hand tools and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter, is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
