Looking to work with a solid crew and a great boss? We're a fun, hardworking team based out of McMurray, PA, doing high-end pools, outdoor living spaces and concrete work across the South Hills and the Greater Pittsburgh area.
We're hiring a FULL TIME POOL CONSTRUCTOR, CONCRETE FINISHER AND LABORER to join our crew. Experience would be fantastic and pay will reflect that, however, it's NOT REQUIRED - We're happy to train the right person. What IS required? Show up, work hard, have integrity and a willingness to learn and retain information, be cool and don't be an idiot. That's it.
What You'll Be Doing:
Helping build pools, patios, lay pavers and other concrete/construction projects.
Learning how to finish concrete like a pro.
Working outdoors, staying active, and seeing your hard work come to life. (Trust us, it's very gratifying!)
What We're Looking For:
A reliable, hands-on person who wants to learn and grow personally and with a company.
Someone who can take direction but also take initiative.
No experience needed, but you must bring a good attitude.
Seasoned professionals or students on summer break.
