Residential painting and general labor for projects that vary in completion process. I have interior painting/light drywall finishing now and exterior work once the weather breaks. I have several properties so the work can be continual and be full time/part time meaning the days/ hours can be flexible to a degree but must be reliable and consistent. I also have a small trade business that I can keep someone busy when that company is busy. I have been in business for 40 years. I am detail oriented and expect neat work and someone that will clean up after themselves. A long-term work relationship is desired. The properties are located in the South Hills.
