Keystone Metals is looking for a Project Manager to to run commercial construction projects in the Westerns Pennsylvania area.
Qualifications:
Capable of being in charge; capable of being the authority, limited oversight and checking.
Superior communication skills – written and verbal with tradesmen, customers, and design professionals.
Knowledge of materials and requirements in our fabricating process.
Ability to relate our work with our customer’s requirements and overall project execution
Background in Miscellaneous Metal Detailing
Be familiar with specialized techniques of shop fabrication and field erection.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the technical and financial success of assigned projects.
Responsible for representing the company to employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, and design professionals.
Checking shop drawings against contract requirements and site conditions.
Participating in or responsible for project invoicing, cost accounting, etc.
At times, participating in or responsible for quantity take off, estimating function.
At times, participating in or responsible for original design.
