T-Rock Construction is seeking a reliable, skilled Property Maintenance Professional to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience across various trades including mowing and grass maintenance, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general labor.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, and basic landscaping
Complete minor carpentry repairs and installations (framing, doors, trim, etc.)
Prep and apply paint to various surfaces (interior/exterior)
Patch and repair drywall as needed
Assist with a wide range of maintenance tasks and physical labor duties
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in property or building maintenance
Ability to operate lawn care and basic power tools safely
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
