Wanted RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED & No Drama Handyman for Plumbing & Drywall Work.
The work will involve the following:
1. Plumbing Work will involve replacing toilets, sinks, faucets, copper lines, valves, etc.
2. Drywall Work will involve installing & taping drywall sheets accurately, taping, mudding sanding, etc. (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pSCU2k8HcQ)
Will only select the person who (1) can show a government-issued ID; (2) accept wages to be paid weekly via cashier’s checks mailed to their address; (3) be able to show up for work punctually and work as a team member with another handyman without drama; (4) will be responsible for clean up daily; (5) No drugs or smoking; (6) Must have tools for work; (7) Be able to provide references, and follow directions (No cowboys need respond)
Please let me know your skills and experience and also your minimum hourly rate and availability to work for about 2-3 weeks
