Responsibilities:
Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on-site
Requirements:
Prefer a minimum 1–2 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
