We own rental properties and need someone to help maintain them. Minor renovations. Paint, drywall work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, tiling ect. Whatever else you can help with and you are able and willing to tackle. Year around work. Full or part time but you must be willing and able to work on your own. Hand tools are required.
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required. However, there is very minimal traveling.
We pay cash in hand every Friday and pay is negotiable depending on your proven skill level. Drug and alcohol problems will absolutely not be tolerated.
