As an industry leader, we are a busy 24 hour Towing and Road Service company who has serviced Western PA and the surrounding states for over 30 years.
Applicants need to be reliable, dependable, organized, and detailed orientated. Must have strong communication and data entry abilities, and understand the importance of attendance and punctuality.
Will be required to be available to work ALL shifts, including weekends and holidays, and assist with any coverage when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering all incoming calls, including transferring calls or taking messages for all departments within the company.
Collect detailed information to relate to drivers and roadside technicians using a computer dispatch system
Assist Manager with various office duties.
