We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of trucks, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to facilitate smooth processes.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
Requirements
Proven experience in dispatching or logistics, emphasis on oilfield industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
