River's Edge in Barryville NY is seeking a sous chef / chef de cousin for immediate hire . Applicant should be a STRONG line cook, should have mastered temps for burgers steaks ands chops work clean and organized . We are short staffed at the moment but what staff we do have works well together . Much of our BOH staff is female though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply .
