Registered Nurse (Part-Time)
HealWell Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled, RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE experienced registered nurse (RN) to join our growing homecare team. The candidate will maintain the standards of professional nursing practice in a home care setting under the direction of the work site supervisor. They are responsible for assessing and providing care within the scope of their educational preparation and knowledge; permitted by the policies and procedures of the home care agency requesting the services; and permitted by other local, state and federal guidelines.
RN Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Administering non-intravenous medications.
Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
RN Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and/or associate’s degree in nursing or related field
Valid nursing license in state, required
Experience as a nurse in a hospital or related setting
Understanding of standard medical practices and procedures
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; great bedside manner You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility, while building a bond with them. HealWell offers annual bonus and merit increase.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Must have either ONE YEAR of professional care-giving experience
Must have Excellent background check
Possess good interpersonal communication skills, support in activities and companionship services for daily living.
Exhibit good time management and organizational skills,
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintains supervision of the individuals we support unless it is stated in the plan of care, and strive for excellence in all aspects of the job
Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
