Duties

Bookkeeping and financial record management as needed.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on clerical tasks and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is highly valued.
