Looking for a Jack of all trades40 hour a week/some overtime as needed
Must be able to work unsupervised and able change from a shower faucet in the morning to light electrical in the afternoon, roof repairs and replacements, flooring installeverything.
This is a long term full time position with a company vehicle and gas card. You will need some of your own specialty tools that you preferbut, most told required for the job are already in the company van.
There are aprox 40 rental units/apartments/townhomes located throughout the Poconos and you will have work every day from remodeling to repairs and upgrades to existing units.
You must have a valid and clean driving record/and able to pass a drug testMinimum 5 years verifiable work history in the industry. I am looking for a hardworking person that i can count on to make it to work on time and not complain "that is not in my job description".
