Primary FunctionProven reliability in receipt of customer purchase orders, order prep, entry, and management until shipped. Demonstrated ability to professionally interact by phone, email and fax with customers, sales representatives, regional sales managers, and internal departments to provide or obtain sales order information, resolve order problems, and implement special requests. We OfferRegularly Scheduled Hours: Flexible but likely Mondays and Fridays with occasional mid-week opportunities. Approximately 16-24 hours per week. Hourly Rate of Pay: $19/hr. We are a drug-free facility and require all employees to pass a drug screen and background check.Responsibilities

Manage parts sales order backlog.

Utilize customer information effectively and efficiently while entering all customer parts orders into CRM platform

Receive and handle customer requests and complaints via phone, fax or computer.

Inform customer of parts prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

Call customers when necessary to advise shipment delay and/or to obtain additional information.

Check inventory and schedule shipment of customer orders.

Follow-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.

Check and confirm, price and discount of customers.

Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.

Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management including replacement parts field information, cross reference and parts bulletins.

Handle irate customers in a professional manner.

Obtain customer feedback information.

Participates in continued update and improvement of parts identification tools.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

High school dimploma or GED

3 + years of related work experience or training

Exceptional computer proficiency and ability to navigate through systems

Professional face-to-face, telephone, and email communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Self-directed within established policy and procedure structure

Attention to detail and desire to provide quality service to both internal and external customers
