Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Oversee Accounts Receivable
Provide customer service via phone and in person
Credit card management and reconciliation
Keep Accounts Payable up to date
Process weekly payroll and related taxes
Requirements
Prior experience in payroll and administrative support required
Great attention to detail
Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
