Robert E. Little, Inc. is family owned and operated. We have been selling, servicing and supplying John Deere and related products to our customers for over 70 years. We have various store locations in Downingtown, Hatboro, Pottstown, Silverdale and Zieglerville.
We currently have a full-time opportunity to join our Bookkeeping team at our Zieglerville location. This individual will work in a team environment and perform primary duties of inventory processing of new equipment invoices, equipment transfers, unit cost adjustments, researching inventory transactions and discrepancies, and performing other basic inventory reconciliations, verifications and postings, while ensuring accuracy and validity in the accounting processes. Parts inventory processing, Warranty Credit processing and month-end reconciliations are key tasks as well. Constant interaction with other team members throughout the company is critical.
Candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years in a bookkeeper/office position and work in a team-environment. Preferred logistics and inventory management experience specifically. Must have experience in computerized accounting software systems as well as proficiency using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as internet functions, this position relies on them.
Other necessary requirements include strong verbal, written and organizational skills. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy along with nice penmanship is required.
This candidate must be flexible to work Saturdays and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with seasonal urgencies impacting the Bookkeeping Dept. Overtime required during our busy spring season including evenings till 7pm and Saturday hours.
