We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and providing exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a "Floater" position. May need to cover at a different location on different days.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate rental unit
- Provide information on rental sizes and rates
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Administrative skills for maintaining records and handling paperwork
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Punctuality is a MUST
Must have a valid drivers license and possess a reliable Vehicle
