Salary: $60000 - $80000 / year
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus occassional on call
Must be licensed in the state of PA as a LSW or LCSW

Master's Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field; Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agency operation
Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferredRequired Certifications and Licensures:
Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locationsCome As You Are
