Description We are seeking a Recruiter to join our client's team. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the field of recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and coordinating with administrators to anticipate future hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout the recruitment process and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.Responsibilities: Develop diverse recruiting strategies to effectively reach out to potential candidates Conduct interviews and screening calls to assess the suitability of potential candidates Collaborate with administrators to forecast future hiring needs Establish a solid network through industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups to ensure a constant applicant pipeline Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with the interview process if needed Facilitate smooth onboarding processes to ensure new employees feel welcomed and oriented Regularly follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting practices to maintain competitiveness in the market and provide guidance to the team Perform recruiting activities using skills like Applicant Track System, Recruitment - Sourcing, Sourcing, Conducting Phone Screens, Phone Screens, Full Cycle Recruiting, and Recruiting.Requirements Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Proficient in using Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes. Ability to conduct phone screens to assess candidate suitability. Strong understanding of various sourcing methods for candidate attraction. Proven track record in executing recruiting activities, such as job posting, candidate management, and relationship building. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate interaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High ethical standards and commitment to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Professional certification in HR or recruiting, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus.
