As Supervisor, Production supporting Manufacturing Production you will be trusted to manage or assist with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) at our Manufacturing Facility in Sinking Spring, PA USA.In this role, a typical day will include:

Plans, directs, and monitors production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Liaises with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources.

Plans, prioritizes, and manages production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
