We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our rockstar snow removal team for our Mount Joy/Lancaster/Reading area.
As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during the winter season.
We are looking to add to our seasonal labor team, sidewalk laborers, plow truck drivers, and equipment operators.
️️️️This is a seasonal ON-CALL position.️️️️

Responsibilities:
-Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
-Utilize power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
-Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and entrances using snow plows or other mechanical means
-Proficient in operating power tools and equipment for snow removal
-Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and best practices
-Ability to maintain and repair snow removal equipment
Requirements:
-This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in cold weather conditions. Snow shoveling can be physically demanding, so applicants should be prepared for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of outdoor work.
-Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
-Must have a valid PA Driver's License
