Summary of the Position
The Maintenance Associate will help maintain our facilities and improve our business productivity. The individual will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the facilities, and executing long-term strategic plans.

Key Essential Responsibilities
Identify safety hazards while servicing facilities
Assist with work performed by outside vendors in our facilities
Perform maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
Determines and arranges for parts necessary to complete services
Procures specialized equipment needed to complete services
Ensure the maintenance vehicles are cleaned, fueled and in proper working order
Implement safety policies and procedures
Maintains current job task list
All other duties as assigned by management.
Experience/Education/Other Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical system
2+ years’ experience in maintenance role
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
The physical ability to climb on a ladder or scaffolding to heights more than 10’, balance, and work above the shoulder frequently.
The physical ability to bend/stoop, kneel, crouch, and squat
The physical ability to frequently lift to 50 lbs. of weight from the floor to above the shoulders.
Weights more than 50 lbs. may need to be lifted between the floor and shoulders on rare occasions.
The physical ability to occasionally push various items up to 75 lbs.
The physical ability to occasionally pull various items, such as compressors, tools, and equipment up to 75 lbs.
The physical ability to work at heights.
The physical ability to tolerate required personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, work gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, dust masks, safety belts and safety shoes on a continuous basis.
