Part time grounds maintenance
This is a great opportunity for supplemental or extra income! WORK ONE DAY A WEEK, on your schedule and at your convenience! Looking for an individual who is trustworthy and dependable. We are hiring a part-time grounds maintenance position for SteelSafe Storage.
Duties Include
Preform a weekly walkthrough of each site including
o Storage Unit Inventory & Lock Checks
o Unit Cleanouts as Needed
o Unit Over-locks
o Picking up Trash
o Weed Spraying
o Mowing
o Basic grounds keeping
o Cut locks as needed.
Assist in keeping a neat, clean property.
Requirements
Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
Maintain constant and clear communication with management
Truck Preferred
Smart Phone Required
