You must be able to at least:
Check and fix leaks in residential copper water pipes, install one or two spigots, in copper water pipe. And repair small leak(s) in residential iron drain pipe(s). Perhaps replace small portion(s) of drain pipe with PVC.
Payment: CASH $20/hr. Needs to be done on a Friday.
If things work out, and you are skilled in all phases of construction, I have long term work for you, since I have several rehab properties, older homes. If you are insured, that would be great.
I prefer someone who is available on WEEK-ENDS for future work.
Own tools and truck an absolute must.
You will receive CASH payment same day for your labor.
Also, I am looking for one person only. If you bring others to work with you, I won't pay extra for any additional people, sorry.
