We are looking for skilled Bindery Machine Operators to join our production team. Operators will be responsible for running and maintaining equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, and PUR binders with precision and care to meet high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating bindery or finishing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and perform basic maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (afternoon/evening or overnight)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
