Express is looking for a Machine Operator/Set Up Assistant for our Reading, PA client. The company is looking to add someone to their core team and offer room to grow and develop!
Machine Operator/Set Up Assistant
Pay: $21.00- $23.00/hr (depending on shift)

Shift: 1st shift (6AM-6PM) 12-hour rotating schedule
(2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off )
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator/Set Up Assistant:
Inserting, making impressions, or changing materials for injection molding machines
Inspecting parts to make sure molds were installed correctly
Setting up, monitoring, and preparing equipment for use
Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner
Qualifications of the Machine Operator/Set Up Assistant:
At least 2+ years of manufacturing experience in injection molding, machine set up preferred
Experience with tow motors and pallet jacks preferred
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to operate equipment, meet deadlines, and be flexible
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
