Overview
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for- in priority order- the Safety, Quality, Service and Cost efficiency of the Fleetwood operation assigned to them.
This is a key leadership position responsible for a team working in bottling and packaging lines, sanitation, warehouse, and/or batch preparation. OPS Supervisor is responsible for compliance with Company and FDA/USDA rules, regulations and policy, as well as employee development and performance leadership through the key values of Respect, Integrity, and Professionalism.
Employee and personal development and growth is an expectation of the role, so that you, your people, and the company Grow Together. Employee development, regular performance reviews, training, cross-training, team building, root cause analysis and problem solving are primary functions of the supervisor role.
The OPS Supervisor will be a member of the Sunsweet Performance Excellence team leading Safety, Quality, 5S/6S implementation, Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development and be part of the Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance functions, in order to be Better, Faster, Smarter, and more Cost-effective every year.
